And how do you feel when you receive your school report card with a U?\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u7684\u6f14\u8bb2\u5f00\u59cb\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u60f3\u95ee\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u5373\u4f7f\u4f60\u6bcf\u5929\u90fd\u5f88\u52aa\u529b\u5730\u5b66\u4e60\uff0c\u4f60\u80fd\u63a5\u53d7\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f4e\u5206\u5417\uff1f\u5f53\u4f60\u62ff\u5230\u5b66\u6821\u7684\u6210\u7ee9\u5355\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u4e2aU\u65f6\uff0c\u4f60\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u662f\u600e\u6837\u7684\uff1f<\/p>\n

OK, so I have listed all the feelings that you have just mentioned. To sum up, these feelings can be categorized as fear of failure.\u6211\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u521a\u624d\u5927\u5bb6\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u6240\u6709\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u603b\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u611f\u53d7\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u5bf9\u5931\u8d25\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u3002<\/p>\n

So now I want to talk about something that most of us try to avoid\u2014failure. Let\u2019s face it, failure can be disappointing, frustrating, and even a little scary. But what if I told you that failure is not the end? In fact, it\u2019s one of the most important parts of learning and growth.\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u60f3\u8c08\u8c08\u6211\u4eec\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4eba\u90fd\u8bd5\u56fe\u907f\u514d\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u2014\u2014\u5931\u8d25\u3002\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u9762\u5bf9\u73b0\u5b9e\u5427\uff0c\u5931\u8d25\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4ee4\u4eba\u5931\u671b\u3001\u6cae\u4e27\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u70b9\u53ef\u6015\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u6211\u544a\u8bc9\u4f60\u5931\u8d25\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u7ec8\u70b9\u5462\uff1f\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u6210\u957f\u4e2d\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

When you were a child, you started to learn how to walk; you fell down many times, got hurt and cried. But what you did was stand up again, move forward, gain experience from the pain, find balance, and now, congratulations! You can walk quickly and steadily every day.\u5f53\u4f60\u8fd8\u662f\u4e2a\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u4f60\u5f00\u59cb\u5b66\u4e60\u8d70\u8def\uff1b\u4f60\u6454\u5012\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u6b21\uff0c\u53d7\u4f24\u5e76\u54ed\u6ce3\u3002\u4f46\u4f60\u6240\u505a\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u518d\u6b21\u7ad9\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u5411\u524d\u8d70\uff0c\u4ece\u75db\u82e6\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u606d\u559c\u4f60\uff01\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u6bcf\u5929\u5feb\u901f\u800c\u7a33\u5b9a\u5730\u884c\u8d70\u3002<\/p>\n

As students, we all experience failure at some point\u2014whether it\u2019s getting a bad grade, losing a competition, or struggling to understand a difficult subject. Similarly, Donald Trump faced defeat in the 2020 US presidential election, underwent two impeachments, and received a lot of criticism worldwide. It is easy to conclude that people are now getting more and more dependent on the phone. Remember this one time, I was with my family on a hike, a beautiful trail with stunning views. But I was so glued to my phone, scrolling through social media, that I barely noticed. Later, when I saw my father’s photos, I realized what I had missed. I was there, but I wasn’t really there. What\u2019s more, we are facing severely decreasing attention span and focus. Over-relying on phones may also contribute to potential sleep disturbances and eye strain.
